We guarantee that we will work with you to revise your designs, copy, or marketing materials until you are completely satisfied. This revision process ensures that the final deliverables meet your expectations and business needs.

1. No Trial Periods or Refunds for Completed Work

Due to the nature of design, marketing, and copywriting work, we do not offer trial periods or refunds for completed services. Once work has been started and deliverables are provided, we cannot issue refunds for the time and resources already committed to your project.

1. Unlimited Revisions Within 30 Days

We offer unlimited revisions to ensure you are fully satisfied with the final deliverables. From the date of your initial payment, you have 30 days to request any changes, adjustments, or updates to your projects. We will continue revising the work until you are completely satisfied with the final result.

1. Flexibility to Pause or Cancel Anytime

You have the flexibility to pause or cancel your subscription at any time without any penalties. If you choose to pause, your account and requests will remain on hold, and you can resume services whenever you are ready. Pausing your service does not entitle you to a refund for the period in which the service is paused.

Refunds are only granted in the following cases:

• Cancellation within 48 Hours: If you cancel your service within 48 hours of making your initial payment and before any requests are fulfilled, you are eligible for a full refund.
